Day 1
- Arrive in Invercargill and explore its attractions. Places to visit include Anderson Park Art Gallery and Queens Park Southland Museum and Art Gallery.

Day 2
- Explore the cities Edwardian & Victorian buildings, gardens and landscaped parks.
- Drive to Bluff, New Zealand's most southern town - Home to the world famous "Bluff Oyster"

Day 3
- Fly or take a ferry to Stewart Island.
- Spend the day exploring this unique island and the Rakiura National Park, which offers kayaking, tramping, hunting and kiwi spotting.
- Return to Invercargill.

Day 4
- Drive along the Catlins Coast to discover the unique wildlife, explore Kaka and Nugget Points.
- Continue north-east to Dunedin.

Day 5
- Take the historic Taieri Gorge Railway, which explores the city's hinterland and its goldmining history. Note the splendid architecture of the Dunedin Railway Station, from where the trip departs.
- Spend the rest of the day exploring the city's attractions, including its historic buildings and the Otago Settlers Museum.

Day 6
- Drive to Taiaroa Head, home to the Royal Albatross Colony & Centre, which has the world's only mainland albatross colony. Guided tours include a presentation of an albatross' life and a visit to a nature reserve viewing area.
- Visit Larnach Castle.
- Drive to Oamaru via the Moeraki Boulders.

Day 7
- Visit the local Historic Precinct, famous for it's superb lime stone buildings. Oamaru is home to a magnificent Catholic Church, art gallery and museum. Oamaru is famous for it's Blue Penguin Colony. Snow skiing in the winter season is within easy reach of Oamaru.
- Visit nearby Waitaki Valley Lakes, the perfect setting for water sports.
