In The Morning…
Option 1
Catch the bus out to Mission Bay and enjoy a coffee at this bustling seaside village. Walk up to nearby Bastion Point for dramatic views over Auckland harbour and a stroll around the memorial gardens.
Option 2
Explore the many boutiques on Queen Street, then browse through the Auckland Art Gallery (corner Wellesley & Kitchener Streets) and enjoy lunch at the gallery café.
Option 3
Take the lift up the Sky Tower for superb views of the city and harbour or take the plunge on the adrenaline-pumping Sky Jump. Enjoy lunch at the Sky Tower's revolving restaurant, Orbit.
Option 4
From the Ferry Building on Quay Street, catch a ferry across to Waiheke Island and spend the day exploring the vineyards and sandy beaches.
Option 5
Walk to the Viaduct Harbour for a world-famous lunch cruise with Pride of Auckland and enjoy a complimentary visit to NZ National Maritime Museum in the afternoon.
In The Afternoon...
Option 1
After lunch, visit the Viaduct Harbour and explore the beautiful Hauraki Gulf with Ocean Rafting.
Option 2
From the Ferry Building on Quay Street, catch a ferry across to the historic seaside suburb of Devonport and explore the antique and craft shops.
Option 3
Bus to the Auckland Zoo and check out the new Wilderness New Zealand trail.
Option 4
Bus to Parnell from the CBD and explore the exclusive shops and galleries in fashionable Parnell Village.
Option 5
Bus to Newmarket and sample some beers on the new Lion Breweries LIONZONE tour at 3pm.
Option 6
See a movie at Sky City Metro, or bus along Tamaki Drive to Kelly Tarlton's for a close-up view of sharks and penguins.
At Night...
Option 1
Dine at one of the superb restaurants down at the waterfront then check out the nightlife in this lively area.
Option 2
Head up to High Street, where many of the bars offer live jazz at night, or Karangahape ('K') Road, where the clubs stay pumping until late.
Option 3
Check out a play or concert at one of Auckland's many entertainment venues.
