Gateway Motor Lodge
The Motel has just been extensively refurbished with updated decor, including new carpet and 32” LED televisions and recliner chairs. Additionally, our windows have been replaced with new double glazing so our rooms are lovely and quiet.
We have free wireless internet available and a range of different units for you to choose from. We have 2 two bedroom units which include a separate lounge, while the 7 studio units have a queen bed and some also offer a single bed.
Avalon Manor Motel
The Avalon Manor Motel is based in sunny Motueka, which is the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park. Kaiteriteri beach, where most adventures into the Abel Tasman park start, is a 20min drive away. Avalon Manor Motel is within walking distance of all restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. We have 16 beautiful, really spacious rooms, 16 parking spaces, guest laundry facilities, a bicycle storage and charging facility, BBQ facilities, a Gazebo with outdoor sitting area, and a really lovely garden area for guests.
All our motel units have plenty of room to spread out and relax in. The kitchens are well equipped, roomy and positively encourage you to stock up on fresh Nelson & Tasman produce and sample the region’s wines.
Aspiring Court Motel
The Aspiring Court Motel is nestled in peaceful bushland in Haast, the gateway to the wild and wonderful West Coast. Haast’s licensed restaurant, tavern and supermarket are all within walking distance, and Lake Moeraki is about a 25 minute drive away. Wanaka is 2 hours away and Queenstown is 3.5 hours, so it’s a perfect stop on a South Island road trip. The motel offers ground floor studios plus one and two bedroom units that sleep up to five, free parking, free WiFi, guest laundry facilities, BBQ facilities and a lovely garden for guests to enjoy.
All units are warm and heated with an en suite, flat screen TV, dining area, fridge, microwave and toaster, making them a really comfortable base after a day of bird watching, fishing, jet boating or exploring the area.
